Boys’ Gymnastics School 

 

Boys’ Gymnastics – From age 5 to 15 

Our gymnastics school welcomes boys from the age of 5 to discover gymnastics in a fun, dynamic, and safe environment. 

Each session allows children to develop their motor skills, coordination, strength, and self-confidence through a variety of age-appropriate workshops. 

Program includes: 

• Learning the basics of floor gymnastics, trampoline, and apparatus (rings, high bar, parallel bars) 

• Motor circuits and balance games  

• Development of tone, flexibility, and posture 

• Team spirit, following instructions, and the joy of movement 

Our qualified coaches support each child’s progress, taking into account their individual pace and abilities. 

The goal? To move, learn and have fun while discovering the world of men’s gymnastics! 

Schedules and Prices – Boys’ Gymnastics School 

 (2 sessions per week) 

🔹 Wednesday 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
➤ or 3:15 PM to 4:45 PM 

🔸 Saturday 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM 

€500 (includes 2 weekly sessions) 

⚠️The Wednesday slot must be selected at registration (subject to availability).

Detection & Criterium Groups – Regional and National Competition 

(Admission to these groups is by decision of the technical team only) 

The Detection and Criterium groups are for motivated and committed gymnasts aged 6 to 15 who compete at regional and national levels. 

These groups are intended for children who have acquired solid gymnastics foundations and wish to further invest in their progress while taking part in official competitions. 

Training is led by certified coaches, several times a week, with personalized technical follow-up. 

Objectives: 

• Deepen technical elements on apparatus (floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, high bar, parallel bars) 

• Develop discipline, body control, and competitive mindset 

• Participate in departmental and regional championships, and for some, qualify for the French national championship 

These groups require dedication, team spirit, and determination in a demanding but supportive environment where each young athlete can give their best. 

Membership fee: €500

Trampoline Group – Recreational from age 5 

 

Trampoline is a fun, dynamic activity highly appreciated by children! 

Our Recreational Trampoline group is for children aged 5 and up who are curious to discover this spectacular sport in a safe and supervised environment. 

During sessions, children learn to: 

• Jump with control and coordination 

• Perform basic moves (tucked, straight jumps, half-turns, etc.) 

• Work on balance, tone, and posture 

• Manage their energy while having fun 

The activity takes place on certified trampolines. 

The goal is to develop motor skills, self-confidence, and the joy of aerial movement, without any competitive pressure. 

Schedules and Prices – Recreational Trampoline 

The Recreational Trampoline section offers two options for children aged 5 and up: 

Note: each group is limited to 10 participants.  

🟡 Option 1 – Evening (1 session of 1h15 per week)
 

➤ Tuesday or Thursday from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM
 

➤ Annual membership: €450 

🟢 Option 2 – Wednesday afternoon (1 session of 1 hour per week)
 

➤ Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on availability
 

➤ Annual membership: €370 

 

PPG Section – General Physical Preparation (from age 16) 

 

The PPG (General Physical Preparation) section is open to all adults from 16 years old, regardless of level or goal (fitness, conditioning, strength, movement enjoyment, exam prep). 

Each session begins with 45 minutes of guided exercises including strength training, mobility, cardio, and core work.
Participants can then continue the session independently based on the chosen day: 

🔹 Monday & Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
➤ 45 min of PPG
➤ Then free access to acrobatics/tumbling space (trampoline, track, vault, etc.) 

🔸 Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
➤ 45 min of PPG
➤ Then free access to men’s gymnastics apparatus (floor, pommel horse, rings, bars, etc.) to learn or progress 

👉Participants choose their days based on their preferences, level, and availability.

➤ Mandatory license: €60 (annual) 

Then choose one of the following: 

• 10-session card: €100 

• 1 session/week subscription: €300 

• 2 sessions/week subscription: €450 

• Unlimited subscription: €600

Competition Group – Juniors / Seniors 

 

This group brings together the club’s most experienced gymnasts, committed to high-level practice in regional, national, and sometimes international competition. 

Junior/Senior gymnasts train daily in a rigorous, demanding, and structured environment, aiming to excel on men’s gymnastics apparatus and reach their full potential. 

Intensive training, in-depth technical work, targeted physical preparation, and mental coaching are all part of their weekly schedule. 

➤ These gymnasts participate in federal, elite, and international championships, are part of the TOP12 team, and take part in numerous international tournaments, with individualized support provided by our certified coaches. 

This group is accessible only by decision of the technical team, after assessing the gymnast’s level, commitment, and potential.
